I’m Graeme Thomas, a UK-based freelance PowerPoint and Keynote designer with 20+ years’ design experience.

eBay | Keynote
eBay commissioned me to design a wide screen Keynote presentation for their small business awards ceremony, the eBay Business Awards 2021, which was displayed on a screen 20 metres wide by 4 metres high.
02 | PowerPoint
I was commissioned by digital agency FST on behalf of O2 to design the brand’s national sales deck in PowerPoint, which was used by approximately 5,000 employees.
Nike | Keynote
I provided Keynote support to digital agency Fourstrong on behalf of world-renowned brand, Nike.
I worked with project managers, strategists and copy writers to turn text-heavy strategy decks into clean, on-brand presentations.
Snapchat | Keynote
I worked with brand design agency Hands Down on behalf of multimedia instant messaging app, Snapchat. Following Snapchat’s brand guidelines, I provided specialist Keynote skills including graph setup to visualise complex user data.
Acast | Keynote
I was hired by Acast, a large global podcast company, to roll out their new corporate design to dozens of Keynote presentations for their various divisions. This included creating a number of new templates to help support the in-house team’s capacity.
Adoreboard | PowerPoint
I was commissioned by customer experience and data insights specialist Adoreboard to transpose presentations designed in Sketch into PowerPoint.
I created a number of custom, dynamic graph types and a custom Excel data sheet so when data is inputted from Adoreboard’s proprietary data sources, it is automatically converted into the correct format for each corresponding graph, removing the task of manual data conversion.
Create Health | PowerPoint
I was asked to design custom animations for Create Health, a healthcare advertising and marketing agency. They wanted something different from the standard PowerPoint animations available. The video above demonstrates some of the animations that I provided.
Since then I have also worked with Create Health on other projects as a freelance graphic designer.
Raising Partners | PowerPoint
I designed a number of fundraising pitch decks on behalf of investment consultancy Raising Partners. Each deck was designed using their clients’ brand guidelines, and were designed in PowerPoint to make it easy for them to make their own text amendments.
When decks required more intricate design beyond PowerPoint’s capabilities, I designed these in InDesign, an example of which can be viewed on my print design page.
